What's the PVC materials?

In daily life,we often see a variety of PVC products,such as PVC Commodity Shelf,PVC Display Racks and PVC storage rack.PVC is the chemical name for polyvinyl chloride.Polyvinyl chloride has excellent acid and alkali resistance,wear resistance, combustion resistance and insulation properties.However,it has poor stability to light and heat. Under the condition of above 100℃ or illumination, hydrogen chloride will be decomposed and precipitated,causing the color to turn yellow.At the same time,the above good mechanical and chemical properties rapidly decreased.The solution is to add stabilizers in the process,such as stearic acid or other fatty acids of cadmium, barium, zinc salts.How about PVC cabinets?Polyvinyl chloride can be divided into two categories: hard and soft.Plasticizer is not added in hard goods processing,and soft goods are joined when processing a large number of plasticizer.Polyvinyl chloride is a rigid plastic, its glass temperature of 80 ~ 85℃.After joining plasticizer,can make vitreous change temperature is reduced,facilitate processing below inferior temperature, make the flexibility of molecular chain and plasticity increase,can make it have flexibility below normal temperature soft products.Commonly used plasticizer has 2 - octyl phthalate ester, o - ester.The amount of plasticizer added by general soft PVC is 30% ~ 70% of PVC.
